Arch Enemies Boost #3: Vitals Sight

The third an final gift, the Vitals Sight, of the Arch Enemies Boost Mastery Event is now unlocked.

The Vitals Sight is a robbing boost and each one will give you a "200% chance of robbing your next property successfully.  Each gift will contain 5 boosts.

Collect 4, 10 and 20 Vitals Sights to master the Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.  Reward is a Competition Compound Bow and the stats will improve with each level of mastery.

If you mastered all three gifts, you will be able to collect your Grand Prize loot item the Olympic Archer and has stats of 151/114.

There is an option to repeat the entire event. If you click on "Do It Again", the Home Page Module will reset and you can start collecting boosts all over again. The event can be completed a total of 3 times.

UPDATE FOR CUBA RELEASE ISSUES

During the anticipated re-opening of Cuba there were unexpected issues that arose regarding the empty robbing boards for our players.  The Neo Imperium has had Cuba in their evil clutches for too long.
But don't worry, we're working on the robbing boards and other related issues and will have an release that will go out tonight that will get you into that action.

Disappearing Trigger Happys and Cuban Mercenaries

The second part of the Return To Cuba Mission required that we loot 8 Trigger Happy weapons from fights.

The Trigger Happys have attack scores of 151.

I've completed Part 2 of the Mission so I know I should have 8 of them but I have 0. Many other players are reporting the same thing.

This issue was addressed on the Zynga forums and Cerulean Master, Super Moderator, said that they will be returned.

As well as lost Cuban Mercenaries

I hope they will fix it soon.

Cuba and Return to Cuba Mission

Cuba has been reopened. Look for it the next time you go to Mafia Wars.

You will then get a popup telling you how it works. You will also notice that Cuba will be open for about 13 days, not the 14 we were promised.

If you click on the "Share" button, you can start asking for Cuban Mercenaries which is the consumable item you will need.

Cuba has also been added to the Travel Bar.

We will also get a Mission called Return To Cuba. There are 6 days to complete it.

I’ll post all missions as soon as I will able to finish..

Temporary Visa: Return To Cuba!

Zynga officially announced that Cuba will reopen tomorrow. All progress has been saved and you will start off from where you were when it shut down. A Ruby Level will be added so players who have already mastered Cuba will have something to do.The official mafia wars blog post describe everything.

With the Neo-Imperium distracted by their criminal activities in other parts of the world, your chance has come to sneak back into Cuba. Your job progress will start for where you left off, but you’ll find a new tier of job mastery and powerful new loot. Be sure to hurry though, the Neo-Imperium won’t be fooled for long. Grab what you can while you can, because this temporary visa won’t last forever.

Cuba Event Developer Explanation:
Due to player request, we will be re-opening Cuba temporarily for 2 weeks. Many players are disappointed that they no longer have access to Cuba job progress and properties, so we wanted to attempt a temporary re-opening through a limited time event to see how players enjoy it. 
During this time users will have access to Cuba with new added loot drops. Their job progress will be the same as when they left it. Additionally, for those players who already finished Cuba, we are releasing a Ruby tier of Job Mastery.  We are very aware of the dedication players have put into finishing Cuba, so we wanted to make sure everyone has something to tackle in the re-opening, along with high end loot drops and new mastery items for completing Ruby Tiers.
We would really like to hear your feedback on this event, the Cuba shutdown event, and future city releases and events. We strive to make sure the new city content we release is the best for our players that it can be!  Thanks everyone – and good luck dealing with the Neo-Imperium!

Arch Enemies Boost #2: Arrow Shaft

The second gift of the Arch Enemies Boost Mastery Event is the Arrow Shaft

Find it on the Free Gift Page. Each gift contains 5 Arrow Shaft which are boosts that will increase your Attack Skills by +125 when you attack.

Collect 4, 10 and 20 to reach each level of mastery.

Collect enough gifts to master the Bronze level and you will get a Arrow Plane. The stats will improve with Silver and Gold mastery.

Spam your wall because that's what these events were designed for.

The last gift will unlock in a little over 2 days from now.

Coming Soon: Cuba

There are many signs that indicates Zynga is going to reopen the city Cuba.They added an achievement in our achievement page under the Cuban section called Return To Cuba

It states earned by Mastering Cuban Job tiers up to Ruby.

It looks like they are going to reopen it for a special event Maybe it will be the second Secret District.They added many loot items in our inventory for this event

If you look at your Progress Module on the Home Page, you will see that Cuba has been added back and it's at 75%

So let’s wait for more Cuban jobs.
