Zynga removed two Achievements associated with the cross game promotion of Zynga Poker ,In which you have to reach level 3 and level 6 to earn these Achievements and Loot Item .
I earned these Achievements back in July 2010.
As you can see above I have 18 out of 16 achievements because they removed two Achievements associated with Zynga Poker cross game promotion.
The above picture is from my additional account and you can see there are no achievements related to Zynga Poker.
You can still get these achievements if you receive the loot items either through earning them via Operations or receive them as from your mafia as they are both giftable.
