Here is the reason why I would say Bangkok will be the next city to be closed down. (take a look at the image):-
see on the first newspaper (Cuba In Crisis), they've given us a clue on the bottom right corner; with a big headline "Russian Mob Boss Dead" is what to come after the Cuba in Crisis ended.
on the second newspaper (Massacre In Moscow), they give us again a clue what to come next;
"Thai King Deported", which only means Bangkok will be the next target for the Neo-Imperium attack.
I already completed the MOSCOW and stuck in Bangkok because of Thai baht going to collect and finish it fast before they move to Bangkok.
