The new Limited Time buildable item is the Legacy and can be found on the Build Your Empire Module or in the Chop Shop.
You need 10 engines to build your first Legacy and 5 after that. These aren't the same Engines you had before and you will go into this with zero. Find new Engines on the Free Gift page.
