As predicted the new property is here you can upgrade and build new items find it in your Build Your Empire module.You have a little under 7 days to upgrade this property.
After 7 days you will not be able to upgrade this property but if you upgraded it will be your’s.
You can ask for parts by clicking on ask button
You need one part of each item to upgrade your property for level 1 to 4.for level 5you need 2 of each part
Here are how many of each item you will need to fully upgrade your Sports Bar to Level 10 and what item unlocks at each level.
you can ask every 8 hours 
You can also get 3 parts for helping your friend per day.
once you collected all Item you are able to upgraded Sports Bar
Click on upgrade
you can share your latest achievement so your friends will get one part
There are total 10 level for sports bar
You can Build one item every 8 hours
