It’s looks like collection items for Brazil Precious collection are started dropping from robbing for everyone.
I did a short to confirm this and found that Gems dropping like rain
I think now everyone will be able to vault the precious collection

i tried it by myself ..first you have to look for a crew collection help request:-
when you click to help then you will dropped into Moscow.
there you can do whatever you want like
do jobs:-
collect from properties:-
fight:-
rob-
so if you aren’t finished Moscow then go and finish until they detect.
