Declare War Audits Customer Support Page

Declare War rewards adjusted

During a recent audit of Mafia Wars accounts it was discovered that some accounts were showing abnormal behavior and had exceeded the expected number of Declare War rewards.
In order to maintain a level playing field for all of our customers, we have adjusted the inventory for those affected accounts to reflect the maximum number of declare war rewards that are allowed under the current system.  These items were adjusted for players in the order that they were received.
Many players may have been unaware that this issue had occurred to their account, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.  Those accounts that have been adjusted will see a popup in their game that will contain messaging about the update and changes.  Players who were affected by this abnormal behavior on their accounts will also see adjustments to their attack and defense stats when the items were removed.  Because this issue was caused by abnormal behavior we will not be able to restore those stats or offer compensation for the issue.

War Loot Rollbacks

Players are starting to report that some of their war loot has been taken away by Zynga. Here is what the message says. I'm sure there will be innocents but don't be sad. This loot will soon be outdated anyways.

Unreleased Property Items

I addition to new Boss Fight ,New Limited Time Item,There is some unreleased property items added in our Inventory:

The Cape Buffalo is the reward for the Secret Stash but it is also added as Property item

Some players started thinking that these Items belongs to new Brazil Districts.This wil be more clear when new Brazil districts or any new event involving these items is out.

Finally Zynga heard our crying and rather than farming old items they provide us a New Limited Time Item called Sharing Thoughts:

There is no additional skill points for this Limited Time Item.

You have to collect 10  whetstone to build this item.Find Whetstone in your Free Gift Page:

New Boss Fight ASSASSIN: THE RAVEN

Find new Boss Fight in your home page;

Click Ask For Ammos to get Shotgun Ammos from your Friends.Now begin to fight click Fight Him

you have only 8 hours to beat the boss.

The Three Combos for the Boss Fight are

You can Fight ASSASSIN Raven up to 100 time and collect the reward 100 time:

After Beating boss you can get your achievement and the Grand Prize.

After Beating the Boss one time my boss fight disappear may be Zynga is slowly rolling out the boss fight.

Challenge Mission: Staten Island Expired

After the extension of three days Staten Island finally ended

 

Many players wondering what is going to happen to left over Ferry Passes ,I’ll say nothing they will be in our inventory like a dust as previous event consumables.

They implemented Trador Goah for trading loot items but the left over consumables can not be utilized there .so all we have to do is forgot them like all other useless items in our inventory.

Tip:->Start farming all Brazil consumables now for new districts of Brazil.
