According to the level of your job heat meter you will have to spent higher energy and high amount of Ferry passes.

After completing each job you will be rewarded with one skill point
And after you complete Final job you will be rewarded With Pair Of Heel Guards along with a skill point

Chapter 2 for the challenge mission Staten Island is unlocked .The chapter 2 Is called “Whack Their Leader”.
The levels of the job heat meters defines the energy and Ferry Passes cost in each job.

You will need a total of 276 Ferry Passes to Master Chapter 2.
After mastering each job you will get a skill point :
When you master the last job, you get the Under Pressure in addition to the skill point :

Now just wait a little under 2 days for Chapter 3 to unlock .

After completing the Chapter 1 of challenge mission i can talk about it.
First thing which is most important that you will need a lot of Ferry Passes to complete..

Ferry Passes required: 7 Job Mastery: 15%
after heat meter
Ferry Passes required: 10 (30 in heat meter) Job Mastery: 10%
In heat meter
Ferry Passes Required: 52 (in heat meter) Job Mastery: 8%
In heat meter
Ferry Passes Required: 60(In heat meter) Job Mastery: 7%
you need a total of 150 Ferry Passes to Master Chapter 1..
The Most annoying Part is you have to click two time for the job one for job and one to close the pop up:
After every click job heat Meter is reset to 8 hours
If you ran out of Ferry Passes
you can buy 2 Ferry Passes for 1 Reward Point
After completing last job you will get a pop up state you mastered the First chapter and you will be rewarded Mastery Item Sea Pod
All done for Chapter will wait for 1 days and few hours to Next chapter..
