In Mafia wars you will have to click a lot to post something in your Facebook wall but based on a Zynga Forum thread there is a feature in beta test which will allow you to post some requests automatically in your wall.

Some players may not like this feature because players don't want requests automatically put out there in the news feeds.
one more reply from CM that there was a Facebook change in which people who don't have a game application installed will not see requests from that application.
