First thing which is most important that you will need a lot of Ferry Passes to complete..
Ride Along To Investigate

Ferry Passes required: 7 Job Mastery: 15%
Reassure Illegal Business Partners

Ferry Passes required: 10 (30 in heat meter) Job Mastery: 10%
Set a Trap For Ambushers
In heat meter
Ferry Passes Required: 52 (in heat meter) Job Mastery: 8%
Make The Deal
In heat meter
Ferry Passes Required: 60(In heat meter) Job Mastery: 7%
you need a total of 150 Ferry Passes to Master Chapter 1..
The Most annoying Part is you have to click two time for the job one for job and one to close the pop up:
After every click job heat Meter is reset to 8 hours
If you ran out of Ferry Passes
you can buy 2 Ferry Passes for 1 Reward Point
After completing last job you will get a pop up state you mastered the First chapter and you will be rewarded Mastery Item Sea Pod
All done for Chapter will wait for 1 days and few hours to Next chapter..
