According to the level of your job heat meter you will have to spent higher energy and high amount of Ferry passes.
Here are the jobs, payouts, energy costs and Ferry Passes requirement for each job on the different levels of the Job Heat Meter.
Job Heat Meter: Green
Job Heat Meter: Gold
Job Heat Meter: Red

The total Ferry Passes required to complete chapter 3 in every level of Heat meter can be found in this chart:
After completing each job you will be rewarded with one skill point
And after you complete Final job you will be rewarded With Pair Of Heel Guards along with a skill point
And again don’t forgot to Spam your wall so your mafia friends can get a Ferry Pass
