The grand prize for this mission event is limited time access to Secret District ,

when you click on you will get more info about secret district

If you visit Brazil District there is a new Tab for Secret District

clicking on secret district tab take you to the page where a timer running

This indicates that district will auto unlocks in 5 days or you can have an early access by completing mission
